Barker on State Fair of Texas Midway

I don't know if you can tell from this photo, but the barker appears to be just an upper third of a body sitting on top of a pole. It's really a seemless illusion.

He tells the crowd what events are going on around the grounds while liberally dispensing jokes about his condition.
