Knoxville Police suspect 37-year-old Jad Mubarak of stealing four iPods, software and an MP3 recorder from a Target store earlier this week as well as assaulting an employee who confronted him.
Police spokesman Darrell DeBusk says officers found Mubarak at a motel on Thursday but he grabbed his 13-year-old daughter and backed into a room when they tried to arrest him.
