Rep. Issa On the Need to Overturn SEC’s FOIA Exemption

More Obama administration "transparency" concerning exempting the SEC from compliance with the Freedom Of Information Act. Those stalwarts of truth and social justice over at Media Matters accuse Fox News of making this up - their argument being that the rules don't exempt ALL compliance, as Fox implied.

I agree that Fox overhyped the scope of the FOIA exemption, but the point is that the administration increased secrecy instead of increasing transparency, hence the move in Congress to overturn it.
