This link takes you to a NASA portal with countdowns and multiple video feeds for Expendable Launch Vehicles (i.e. everything that's NOT a Space Shuttle). Launch sites at both KSC and Vandenburg are covered.
Currently, there's an Atlas V being processed to launch the New Horizons spacecraft to Pluto - the first spacecraft to ever visit that planet and it's moon Charon.
