Happy 4th of July

You're looking at some country-style ribs which have been slow-cooked at 200 degrees for a few hours, then thrown on the grill for that great carcenogenic finsh. With my baked beans and grilled garlic toast, and my wife's deviled eggs and potato salad, we had a true feast. We organized the garage (a little); went to the movies (Ratatooie), watched fireworks by Lake Ray Hubbard, and listed to the Texas Rangers on the radio on the short drive home. A successful celebration of Americana if I do say so myself. BBQ, fireworks, Disney, Baseball...what else could we want? I hope you enjoyed your day as much as we did.
