O'Hare UFO - Covered Up, Mocked

This is old news, but I just ran across this video of "The UFO Guy" and it made me angry. I'm angry that instead of investigating the cover-up, they choose to ridicule the subject by interviewing some guy who's a few fries short of a Happy Meal.

There are without a doubt phenomenon appearing in the sky which are unusual and seem to defy conventional explanation. There are simply too many which are too well documented to ignore. Now, it does not logically follow that such phenomenon must therefore be piloted extraterrestrial spacecraft. I'm not saying ET is here, only that there are things in our atmosphere not commonly understood. But whatever they are, there does seem to be a concerted effort to deny, downplay and mock reports of these incidents.

One such siting was the November 7th 2006 incident at Chicago-O'Hare, in which a dozen United Airlines employees witnessed a spinning, metallic, saucer-shaped object hovering above Gate C17 for about two minutes, before it shot straight up, punching a hole in the clouds.

Although United Airlines and the FAA both initially denied having any information about the incident, a Freedom of Information Act filing by the Chicago Tribune revealed that a United supervisor had reported the incident to an FAA manager in the tower. The FAA subsequently claimed the incident was probably "weather phenomenon" and they would not be investigating. Hey, it's good to know that when professionals report an unauthorized craft in controlled airspace, that the FAA won't bother at least checking into it.

As near as I can tell, there was no further follow-up. Rather than trying to interview those involved, local news gives us "The UFO Guy", obviously intending to paint those who witnessed the event with the same brush. No wonder the witnesses aren't coming forward. Who would want to lumped into the same group with this guy?
