What The Heck?

I was looking at my exit on I-30 in Google Streetview, when I noticed this odd scene in the sky.  There are two bright lights - one bluish-green and the other reddish-orange, and a weird dark column of shadow coming from behind a could bank.

The image above is "live" so you can expand it, zoom in, view from different angles etc.  I don't have a clue what it is, but whatever it is must be pretty rare. Does anyone have an explanation?
