There is close to no information about the "CTS-100" vehicle beyond this video and a short press release but it is larger than Apollo but smaller than Orion, and could be launched on Atlas, Delta or Falcon vehicles (none of which are certified for human spaceflight by the way).
Because this is Boeing I think it's got a better shot than SpaceX's Dragon spacecraft, but we'll see. I'm rooting for anybody that can get us back in the saddle.
