This is me in front of the SpaceX Dragon capsule, the first commercial vehicle to fly in orbit and return to Earth. This capsule and it's Falcon 9 launcher will, if all goes well, deliver cargo to the International Space Station. If sucessful and deemed "safe" (whatever that means in spaceflight) it may one day carry astronauts as well. While not exactly a "replacement" for the Shuttle, it would at least free us from dependence on Russia to reach the ISS.
